Buckingham Retreat is our own Swift Bordeaux holiday home at Patrington Haven Leisure Park in Patrington, East Yorkshire. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, or six using the lounge double sofa bed, and makes a comfortable base for family holidays, couples breaks and coastal getaways near Withernsea and the East Yorkshire coast.

Light-filled, warm and immaculately kept, our Swift Bordeaux blends a generous open plan lounge with two private bedrooms and two bathrooms — 4 berth, or 6 with the lounge double sofa bed. Central heating and double glazing make it just as inviting in December as it is in July.

Buckingham Retreat sits on a quiet plot at Patrington Haven Leisure Park, just outside the village of Patrington in East Yorkshire (HU12 0PT). The park is a short drive inland from the coast at Withernsea, with Spurn Point to the south and Hull, Hornsea and Beverley all within comfortable reach for a day out.
It is a genuinely quiet, well-kept park rather than a busy resort, which suits families with young children, couples looking for a calm coastal break and anyone who wants big skies, beaches and bird life on the doorstep. The Country Club, indoor pool, spa and gym are run by the leisure park itself; Buckingham Retreat is our privately owned holiday home within it.
