Buckingham Retreat is our privately owned holiday home on Patrington Haven Leisure Park, Patrington, East Yorkshire, HU12 0PT. It sits on its own plot within the park, a short drive inland from the East Yorkshire coast — it is not on the beach and does not have sea views.

The park has a country club with a lounge bar, an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, Guy's Café Bar & Restaurant, a fishing lake, children's play areas and landscaped grounds. These belong to the leisure park rather than to us, and access, opening hours and seasonal availability are set by the park.

Withernsea and its beach are roughly a 15 minute drive from the park. Spurn Point is about 25 minutes, Hull around 35 minutes and Hornsea about 45 minutes.

Every enquiry is a booking request, not an instant reservation. We reply within 24 hours with our bank transfer details and hold your dates for 48 hours; the booking is confirmed once the 25% deposit clears, so the same dates can never be sold twice.

What does the quoted price include?

The quoted total covers your nights plus the £30 cleaning fee. There is no security bond. A 25% deposit secures your dates and the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
