Check-in is from 3:00pm on your arrival day. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged — just ask when booking.

Yes — private parking for one car beside the holiday home, with additional visitor parking nearby on the park.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know how many you are bringing when you enquire, and keep them off the beds and furniture.

Can we smoke inside?

No — Buckingham Retreat is strictly non-smoking and vape-free inside the holiday home. Please smoke outside, away from the decking doors, and dispose of ends responsibly.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes — Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home and mobile signal is strong across the park.

Is the home warm in winter?

Absolutely. Full central heating, double glazing and a feature fire make it a cosy winter escape.

Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Bath towels can be added to your booking on request.

A smart TV with Netflix and the usual streaming apps, plus board games and books in the home, and the park's pool, spa, gym and entertainment programme.

How do I pay, and is my booking confirmed straight away?

Every enquiry is a booking request, not an instant reservation. We reply within 24 hours with our bank transfer details and hold your dates for 48 hours; the booking is confirmed once the 25% deposit clears, so the same dates can never be sold twice.

Question 12

Is the security bond included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No. The quoted total covers your nights plus the £30 cleaning fee. The refundable £100 security bond is transferred separately alongside your balance and returned within 7 days of checkout, subject to no damage.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 14 days before arrival for a full refund of your balance; the deposit secures your dates and is non-refundable.
