We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your booking well, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, telephone number, booking dates, guest numbers and any message you send us. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Why we collect it
To answer enquiries, manage your booking, send arrival information, take payment and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the website work, plus optional analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with our payment provider, email provider and, where required, Patrington Haven Leisure Park for park passes.
Retention
Booking records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing mcguinnessm1994@aol.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
