Booking and payment
A deposit of 25% secures your dates. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival are payable in full.

Straightforward terms, written to be read. Please have a look before you confirm your stay.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and any balance paid is refunded in full; the deposit is non-refundable. Within 14 days the full amount remains payable unless we can re-let the dates. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3:00pm, departure by 10:00am. Late departures may incur an additional charge where they affect changeover.
Guests
The holiday home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on your booking. Parties, events and commercial photography are not permitted.
Security bond
A refundable security bond of £100 applies to every booking and is returned within 7 days of departure, less the cost of any damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
Smoking and pets
Buckingham Retreat is strictly non-smoking, including vaping, inside the holiday home. Well-behaved pets are welcome — please tell us about them when you book and keep them off the beds and furniture.
Park facilities
Access to Patrington Haven Leisure Park facilities is governed by the park's own rules, opening hours and pass requirements, which may change without notice and are outside our control.
Liability
Guests are responsible for the holiday home during their stay. We accept no liability for personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but will always try to help where we can.
